Objetivos

Participants will be able to analyze their Supplier Delivery Performance Rating in SUPER-G and to identify possibilities for process improvements. They will know how to react to Rating Modifications and how to raise Disputes.

Training will be on english language

Contenidos

- Introduction and discussion of all global rating elements.

- Discussion of Rating Summary and Rating Detail screens in SUPER-G.

- Examples how to analyze the source of point deductions in systems like CMMS3 eDDL, GSDB online, SAP SNC and MMP.

- Rating Modifications (e.g. Problem Reports, Warnings).

- Disputes in SUPER-G.

- Shortage Analysis.

- Other functions like Reports, Contacts...
